Last Saturday, I was really really hoping I’d get to watch Madagascar 2 with my friends but they failed me (for the nth time!!!!). I felt really bad about it! I swear! I sweared they’re just a bunch of liars. I mean, I was really hoping I’d watch it with them but they always ditch me!!! Anyhow, my uncle was kind enough to let me join him and his girlfriend to watch Madagascar with them! ♥ It was soo nice… I mean, at least felt I’m loved. :] (Screw you college friends!!!!! — Yes, I’m still bitter!).

I’m trying to finish my current film roll…. I’ve been experimenting with lights and stuff. I’m trying to come up with a decent bokeh photo for the first time! LOL. Hahaha! I’m excited to see the other part of my Eastwood shoot, ICA Fair photos (yesss I know parang October 18-19 pa yung ICA Fair!!), some more skies and sunsets, and light experiments (b-setting and bokehs!). I’m so excited to develop it. LOL! And, I’m thinking of digitalizing my old films…. hopefully. That is If I FIND them. XD

Oooh, what else? I’m a bit disappointed with Starbucks’ 2009 Planner so I might just get a Moleskine. Oh, we have a new CD (creative director)! He’s Sir Rey and he’s from Hemisphere Leo Burnett. He’s the one who gave us a brief for a freelance work we did for Leo Burnett last year (small world…) Hahaha. I don’t really know what to say anymore… Ah yes, I might try to squeeze myself for an above the line agency some time next year… for my next job hopefully.

I’ll have new hostees too. :] I’m just waiting for them to transfer…. You can still catch me on Plurk (oh please help me get a star) everyday and…. I’ll get the photos I took with the D90 this week too! Yay! =D And, thank you so much for the comments last entry especially about my mum! Yes, she’s my mum and she’s around 45-46 years old already, a single parent to me and my brother, and we love her so much! ♥

Last Saturday, I felt as though the whole day was just like any other Saturday until we reached Shangri La and it was closed! We ended up going to Megamall instead where a sale was currently held so — yess, crowded! Okay, we didn’t visit the cemetery because they went there last October 30th, I wasn’t able to go with them because I have work and I don’t think I’ll have the courage to go to Chinese Cemetery alone.

Yesterday was my mum’s friend’s birthday. It was super fun! First, they won the game (PBA game — Coke VS Red Bull) and second, I get to play with my mum’s other friend’s DSLR, a Nikon D90! Wooot. I was like the photographer of the event! LOL. OMG, it was so much love ♥. Now, I’m torn between Nikon D80 and D90. OH NOES~ Honestly, I can’t get over it! I adjusted the settings to my own liking and stuff and the only thing that made me sad that night was that I didn’t get to take it with me on our way home. Oooh, I have pics! I’ll post everything tomorrow. I’ll give my mum my thumb drive to get the D90 photoos! haha…

Just a thought, what if I’ll just go for a D90 instead of D80? I mean my mobile phone is a D900 wouldn’t it be fun if my DSLR will be a D90? LOL. XD;

Oh yes, I’m using WP 2.7 Beta and I’m loving it! =D. It has this nifty nice and smooth dashboard and new stuff to try (like it has this Stick to front page thingie already)! So try it! =D.

I was able to developed my film roll filled with experimental, snappy, and super random shots some time last week. The day after I got the negatives and CD (I didn’t print it I asked them to digitalized it for me!), I flickred some of them and now I’ll post some of those flickred ones here! LOL. I really need someone to model for me. :]

Things have been pretty busy lately. Busy and impulsive. I’ve filed a couple a OT forms for this payroll… I didn’t receive my payslip today and haven’t checked up on my payroll card so I have no idea how much I earned today… I’m pretty lazy and tired to go to an ATM just to check it…. LOL. It makes me feel sad that I didn’t finished the reindeer I was working on Illustrator earlier.. Kat (one of our AEs) need it by around 10am tomorrow… I wonder if I’ll finish it on time? I hope so or else I might get scolded for going home without finishing it. Hahaha!

I’ve been catching one of my favorite animes of all times, Honey and Clover on TV again. YAY~ I missed watching it!! I missed watching Mayama, Yamada, Takemoto, Morita, and Hanamoto!! Hahaha! I’ve become so attached with it… with the story, the characters, the twists and turns of it. For one, I feel Yamada’s one-sided love problem and Hagu’s nervousness towards Morita. >< OKAY ENOUGH. I’ll talk about why I like Honey and Clover so much next time. LOL~

I’ll be having a little photoshoot with John and Saichi on Saturday at Eastwood City. I’m soo excited! It’ll be my first time to meet them in person! Heehee~ I’ll be using my SLR and phone. I just hope it’ll a beautiful day to shoot. :]

I’ve been watching this series at ABSCBN lately too, Three dads with 1 mom? It’s funny! I might buy a DVD copy of it soon~ =D.

I’ve been pretty dead on DA again lately… Actually, I’m pretty inactive on almost everything except plurk. I haven’t used my YM in a while now and I’ve slowed down updating my deviantart, flickr, tumblr, multiply, facebook, and friendster as well (actually, even this blog!). I wonder what’s making me like this lately? OH, WORK. YES WORK. WORKS TAKES EVERY THING I LIKE.

Oh and before I leave, thank you so much for the comments and the funny reactions with the “Mapapaleche ka sa sarap”. LOL. I’ll post some of my designs again and I’ll bloghop and return your comments soon =D

Another thing that’s making me feel blue lately is the fact that I can’t access deviantart properly! I can browse it whenever I use a proxy site but I can’t log-in! GGrrrrrr! I wonder what’s wrong…. maybe the connection? I mean, since it seems to be rainy again? WHUTEVARR! If you can access DA properly, may I know what’s the ISP you use? I think PLDT MyDSL can’t? because that’s what we use in the office… I think? LOL~ Shit, I miss my Globe DSL badly.

Anyway…. my work’s pretty much the same… Nothing much to say or to rant about it lately… haha, boring….? =P The image posted btw is just a result of what I do whenever I’m bored after doing a study for the said milk brand. That’s my study… my second option study since I had something else in mind… It’s just that I wasn’t able to achive the actual design I wanted!!! I AM SO FRUSTRATED! I wanted to shape the milk splash into something that resembles a silhouette of a sexy woman. It’s for a Lite milk so I wanted to make it (the milk splash) to look like a sexy figure to give the consumer a this is what you’ll get from this milk if you drink it kind of way…. but I failed. I can’t get the figure I wanted right and I can’t get the milk texture right… so I just created this design instead! I still find it nice tho~ but safe? haha. A safe design. Anyhoo, I’m not ranting about work here, I’m ranting about me not wanting to get the things I wanted. XD;

P.S.: That’s not that actualy colours BTW! I made it look vintage-y for that poster (if you can call it a poster). I find vintage colours lovely.♥ Haha. Anchor milk has nothing to do with the copies. I just made those up.

It was my first time to attend a Graphika Manila conference and it was… good. Well, I was expecting something livelier (… basta I was expecting more?) than that but nonetheless it was a good talk. =D

Honestly, I fell asleep somewhere at the middle of the talk and played the PSP somewhere near the end. It was fun because I get to see my classmates, batchmates, former colleagues and some deviantart people.♥ It was pretty much a large gathering with your kind I guess? LOL.

Sorry for the lack of updates… things are just…. so.. full. Yes, I’m pretty busy lately. As a proof, the photo above is an old photo I took a couple of years ago one photography class in college. It’s the first photo I developed myself btw. :]

I decided to use my SLR again! Yes, I’m pretty frustrated with the fact that I won’t be buying my DSLR this year because I need to upgrade my computer first before buying anything unnecesary. Anyhow, due to the fact that I was sick almost hald of my last week and is so busy this week (and with the lack of sunlight lately because of the storms) I don’t think I can use the film roll I bought for my SLR :[

Yes, I know it sucks…. and I was so excited to use it again. *heartbroken*

Anyhoo, I have found the neatest logsite for a photolog/daily blabber kind of thing! Hooray! I mean, it’s neat for that swift, on-the-go logs if you get what I mean. Hahaha! Introducing TUMBLR! Yes, in a daze… or I must be in a dreamworld. And definitely, I might be in and I hope I’d escape from it soon because it’s very much like the reality. The photo may be sweet but believe me, it’s a harsh world out there.

This week has been quite a roller coaster ride for me… really. It had its own ups and downs…. mostly downs though. Sad… Monday was an up day because of the holiday. I mean, another stress-free day for me. Hooray! Tuesday was…. I don’t know… I can’t really remember the number of times I got pissed off this week. It is freaking me out (because maybe, I’m just really really moody or anything) but I can’t believe how some people could get any insensitive than what happened this week. It was like, if you’re mad with somebody else, don’t pour it on me OR if you’re just joking, don’t you think you’re going a bit tad too far? SHEESH, GOODNESS! GUYS ARE FREAKING INSENSITIVE!!!!!!!!! I know I’ve said it for the nth time, but they really are and it pisses me off! Damn it.
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday happenings are… a bit forgotten. I don’t really want to remember bad times… but here are bits of things I can remember: I was able to go home around 6.30pm and/or earlier because of the light workload at work (yay), someone won the Cherry car that Mo, Mojo, and Grace Lee was giving away over at Good Times, I was able to make phplurk work (yay!!), my mum fetched me after work last Thursday, and…. I was able to bring the PSP with me! Haha!

FRIDAY is the like the climax of everything. REALLY. At first it started okay…. but then it wasn’t really okay afterall! Okay, I was supposed to be happy because of payday however they gave me ANLENE… like WTF?! I was so soupified!!! I hate milk. I am allergic of milk. However, milk projects seem to like me?! HOW COME? I really get sabaw whenever I do something for milks, like…. ARRGGHHHH!!!! Don’t get me wrong okay? I love milk even though drinking it would result to LBM afterwards. I just don’t get it why milk projects get me soupified all day? My deadline is on Monday… I am almost finish with my flats… I just have to improve my end-gondola design and finish the whole gondola with my flats…. I just hope my mood to come back so that I can finish the whole thing by noon. (YES, It is stressing me out because I’m a bit OC! Oh, I hate hate it.)

Anyway, that doesn’t end there yet. That was just about work… After work, when I logged out already… I was told that I should go back to finish something… but I didn’t. For me, I logged out already… if I go back I wouldn’t get charged with overtime work right? Plus, why didn’t you tell me earlier, when I was still in the office working my ass out for that Anlene thingiemajigger in the first place?! I could have worked on it instead of what was due on Monday. *Sigh*

After that we went to Megamall to buy stuff (secret muna) haha, it was fun… finally…. some peace of mind! but then some friends texted that they were also in Mega that time… I wanted to see them! I wanted to hang out with them to change the vibes but… alas, I wasn’t. I did see them… its just that I wasn’t able to hang out with them and it makes me sad. I went home and later on… when I edited my header for my wooden theme… the header codes disappeared and there’s no way I could get it back. I tried to check my cpanel but and error message appeared telling me that I’m running out of space already… I was like… HOW? How can my domain be running out of space already? The last time I checked it, I was using around 1/3 of it… and I’m quite sure my hostees don’t upload huge files on it…. So what’s wrong…? I try to delete some of my files and contact my administrator about this… but for now, it’s better not to upload or edit things yet.

See how sad it is? That’s why I changed it back to my vectored theme again. :]

I always wanted to have a wooden layout… I got really really frustrated when all the wood I tried earliear failed to satisfy me for the background. At first I wanted it to be in a lighted shade of wood but then, I can’t find a wood texture that fits and can be patternized seamlessly. I end up with this wood pattern I used for the friendster profile before from a random Japanese link I clicked at ATP. *sigh*

This isn’t really done yet… I want to make my sidebars’ corners rounded and I haven’t really fixed my footer image yet. The headers for each posts and the date, categories, and comments placements are not final yet. So yeah…. still a lot of stuff to tweak? HAHAHA! And I’m too lazy to work on it…. Well, I have work… (I just finished my projects for today a bit earlier that I’m slowly working on my project for tomorrow!). Yes I know I’m slacking off but what the heck.
